Ready to Get Started? Here’s How It Works:

1. Reach Out
Email us at clairescrittercare21@gmail.com or text 251-379-7823 with a few basic details such as your location, the number and type of pets you have, the services you’re interested in, and the dates you need care (if known). You're welcome to call as well, but text messages usually receive the fastest response while we're out caring for pets.

 

2. Schedule a Meet & Greet
Once we confirm availability for your requested dates, we’ll send over some options to schedule your meet & greet so we can meet you and your pets.

 

3. Set Up Your Client Profile
After your meet & greet is scheduled, we’ll invite you to create your profile in our booking system.

 

4. Request Your Visits

Once your profile is complete, you’ll be able to easily request the days and times you need pet care through our booking system whenever care is needed. You’ll also be able to message us directly in the app, update your pet and personal information anytime, and receive visit report cards with updates and photos after each visit.

5. Download The App (Optional)

For the easiest experience, we recommend downloading the Time To Pet app. The app makes it easy to manage requests, message us, update your information, make payments, and view visit report cards all in one convenient place.
